Do you want your work to make a real difference?
Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for a committed fundraiser who is passionate about supporting our mission and acquiring new funds in a targeted manner to secure and expand our charitable work in the long term.

Your Tasks

  • Developing and implementing fundraising strategies (private individuals, companies, foundations)
  • Maintaining and expanding our network of donors
  • Designing and implementing fundraising campaigns (mainly mailings, online campaigns, prospective events)
  • Creating compelling fundraising materials (cover letters, presentations)
  • Identifying new financing opportunities
  • Continuously optimising our fundraising activities

What you bring to the table

  • Experience in fundraising, public relations or dealing with sponsors and donors – ideally in a social or therapeutic environment
  • Understanding of trauma work or willingness to seriously familiarise yourself with the foundation's work and goals
  • Confident, engaging manner in conversations – you know how to win people over to a cause
  • Ability to maintain contacts and recognise opportunities (e.g. at events or in your professional network)
  • Familiarity with common fundraising tools or CRM systems is an advantage

About us
 

The Foundation for Trauma Therapy was established in 2020 and promotes therapeutic support for traumatised children, adolescents and young adults. In addition to financing treatments, it is involved in education and offers workshops on stress regulation and trauma management.
